Human Rights Act 1993, are refer to the basic rights that are believed to be entitled to every human being.Human rights belong to everyone,everywhere,regardless of nationality,citizenship,gender,age,sex or religion.These rights are considered universal for humanity.
Several Initiatives have been undertaken in India for the protection of society such as the minimum age for marriage has been fixed by law,Right to information Act 2005,Child Labour Law,The protection of women from Domestic Violence Act ,2005 etc.
